Today is the Day! The official launch date of www.EssieB.com!
I’d like to take a moment to thank my friends and family who first purchased my earrings all those years ago. I still have one of the very first pairs I packaged for sale. See image below. Much has changed since then. For one, I no longer sell a “third earring” for that extra ear piercing so prevalent in the late 80’s. Thank goodness!
Now that I’m in the heart of Silicon Valley, what's the next stop? Facebook. Twitter. Yikes! Give me a few days… a week on the Facebook page. So many fun ideas to explore, so many wonderful clients to see and designs to make! Whatever is a gal to do?
Enjoy! ~ Suzanne

Well tomorrow is the official reveal of the EssieB website and by tomorrow morning at noon EST (9am PST) the site will be tweaked and ready for the general public. Some of you have seen snippets along the way as we’ve been developing the site and I look forward to implementing some of your great ideas.
Be prepared to encounter the occasional typo or missing link… It happens. If you find something, please let us know so we can jump in and fix it right away. Over the next year we’ll be adding more jewelry, fine jewelry designs, audio & video links and much more. Do stay tuned!
Today’s designs are all about Swarovski Crystal. Swarovski continues to roll out wonderful colors, bead shapes and sizes. I love working with them, especially as unexpected accent beads. Make sure to catch the matching earrings to the blue necklace in the post on May 25th. Such fun!
Happy, happy, joy, joy! ~ Suzanne

More Vintage Czech Glass Beads! The earrings pictured in this post are made primarily with Vintage Czech Glass. You may notice that a few pairs here match the necklaces shown in the May 24th post. A little something you may not know… For 90% of the necklaces I design, there is a matching pair of earrings that comes with your purchase… and they’re FREE. Yep, it’s true! When possible I make a pair of earrings to match and toss them in with your necklace as a little something extra… not all the time, however, your chances of receiving a free pair of earrings with your EssieB Necklace are much better than your odds in Vegas, baby!
Live large and prosper! ...Long too, while you’re at it!

As promised, more Baubles & Banter… Ah the joys of scanning! I keep chipping away at uploading images to the blog end of my site. Over the course of time you will see images posted here, added to the product gallery pages of the site. Please drop me an email if you see something you like here in the blog pages, as there is no guarantee that they will still be available by the time they are posted in the gallery. It’s all part of the excitement of limited edition pieces.
Enjoy a wonderful day!

Well, today has been a busy day! I figured as we continue to build the website, I’ll give you a sneak peak of jewelry to be added to the product gallery down the road. The idea here is post the images as soon as designs are scanned. Several of these pieces will be sold before the picture even gets posted here, however, it will give you an idea of designs currently in the works. As often as possible, I’ll add new images or let you know about current projects.
Today’s designs are part of the EssieB Vintage Czech Glass Collection. Many of these beads have been in my personal collection for decades and have just recently seen the light of day. The Blue Flame Necklace (top right) is a wonderful example of a highly coveted bead. Recently, at a show in CA, another designer said, “Wow, I haven’t seen that bead for twenty years. I can’t believe you actually have them. I am officially jealous.” ...and yes as of today, that piece is still available for purchase. It’s on the pricey side, yet worth every penny. Please be in touch if you would like to know more.
Stay tuned for more Baubles & Banter. Ciao for now! ~ Suzanne
